Dedicated graduate students in the UCSC Physics department have partnered with SCOOP to start a Physics Collaboration Center in UCSC’s Thimann 103A. This is a student center for undergraduate physics students to work together to grapple with challenging physics concepts, and get assistance from graduate students who host their office hours in the space. Graduate students will be available during the following times to offer assistance with coursework. While all students are welcome to seek help, please be mindful that the teaching assistants may need to prioritize students from their assigned courses. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that the help room remains a supportive and respectful environment for everyone.
The schedule can be found here.
Special thanks to SCOOP member Pierce Giffin for his efforts in making the Physics Collaboration Center a reality!
